Terms and Conditions

By joining the Alchemy Immersion, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Access to Content

- As a member of the Membership, you have access to all available content, including but not limited to videos, audios, meditations, workbooks, and live sessions ("Content"), for the duration of your active membership.

- Your membership and access to the Content begins on the day your initial payment is processed and continues until one week after your last payment is due.

- Should your membership expire or be terminated, all access to the Content and membership portal will cease. This includes any saved materials, recordings, or downloadable content, which must be accessed or downloaded during your membership period. Access to previously available content will not be granted post-membership.

2. Use of Recordings

- The Membership may include live sessions, hot seat coaching, group discussions, and Q&A sessions, which are recorded for group consumption. However, recordings or parts thereof may be used for public consumption and future promotional purposes.

- By participating in any live or recorded session, you consent to the use of your likeness, voice, and contributions in future promotional content, training materials, or other media related to the Membership.

- If you do not wish to be included in such recordings, it is your responsibility to inform us in writing before participating in live sessions or to opt out of contributing verbally or visually in these settings.

3. Privacy and Confidentiality

- While we take every effort to foster a safe, supportive environment, you are responsible for the level of personal information you choose to share in group settings or live sessions. All members are expected to respect the confidentiality of others and not share personal details of other members outside the membership group.

- Any misuse of confidential information shared by other members will result in the immediate termination of your membership without a refund.

4. Payment and Cancellation

- Membership payments are processed on a recurring basis according to the selected payment plan (weekly or yearly).

- If a payment is not processed successfully due to cancellation, insufficient funds, or for any other reason, your access to the Membership will be suspended, and you will lose access to the Content one week after the date your last payment was due.

- If you maintain your membership, you have locked in the rate for life.

- You may cancel your membership at any time, but no refunds or prorated credits will be provided for unused portions of the membership term.

- If you cancel your membership, you may not rejoin for 6 months after the cancellation date, and re-subscribing will be at the current rate.

- The Membership is structured as a yearly program delivered over 46 weeks of the year. Pricing reflects the full yearly investment, which may be paid upfront or via weekly instalments.
- Weekly payment plans are a payment arrangement for the full yearly commitment, not a pay-per-session model.

- Scheduled breaks may occur throughout the year where no live sessions are held. These breaks are included within the yearly structure and do not affect the payment schedule.

Payments will continue as agreed regardless of scheduled breaks, as you are paying toward the full yearly Membership, not individual sessions.

- Any missed payment will incur a $25 admin fee.

5. Intellectual Property

- All Content provided as part of the Membership is the intellectual property of Jill Ogle. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Content for your personal, non-commercial purposes while your membership is active.

- You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, share, or create derivative works from the Content without express written permission from Jill Ogle.

6. Disclaimers

- The Membership, including all Content, live sessions, and materials, is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.

- You acknowledge that any decisions you make based on information provided in the Membership are solely your responsibility. Jill Ogle will not be held liable for any actions or outcomes resulting from your participation in the Membership.

7. Amendments

- We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to members, and continued participation in the Membership will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

By joining the Membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

8. One-on-One Coaching Sessions

- One-on-one coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance via the designated booking system.

- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel a session.

- If you cancel or request to reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled session time, the session will be forfeited and will not be refunded or rescheduled.

- If you fail to attend a scheduled session without notice (“no-show”), the session will be forfeited.

- If you arrive late to a session, the session will still end at the scheduled time. Additional time will not be added.

- Coaching sessions are non-transferable and must be used within the agreed timeframe of your coaching package or membership period. Unused sessions will not roll over unless otherwise agreed in writing.

- In the rare event that Jill Ogle needs to reschedule a session, you will be offered an alternative time.
